TOYP Project Meeting
Wednesday, February 25 2009, 19:00 - 20:00

JCI Dublin is setting up a committee for the TOYP (The Outstanding Young Person) project.

The Outstanding Young Persons awards programme serves to recognise outstanding individuals whose personal and professional achievements in a chosen field are exemplary and nationally beneficial. The original TOYP programme was conceived and developed by the United States Junior Chamber in 1931 and was later adopted internationally by the JCI movement. World award winners include Orson Welles, Henry Kissinger, John F Kennedy and Elvis.

The  JCI Ireland TOYP awards ceremony will be held in May this year. Any member interested in getting involved in the nomination process for Dublin candidates or in organising an event at local level is welcome to join us on Wednesday, February 25th from 7pm to 8pm.
