On December 8, two trainers from JCI Doncaster (UK) went to Dublin to give us a training. The aim of the training to discover more about JCI and team working within Local Chambers. Each attendee have leant new skills as Responsibilities of a Local Leader, Strategic Partnerships and Charity Links, Budget, Sponsors and Patrons,... At the end of the day the learning outcome has been "With even limited financial resources, the strength and power of (engaged) team working can generate amazing results."
